Car Parking

There is no designated parking on the property. It should be noted that due to the location of the property in the city center, parking your car close to the house is quite difficult, especially in the summer months, but if you are lucky…not impossible.

However, large public free parking exists in a larger radius. The distance for these parking lots is from 300 to 1,000 meters and the access is by foot or by the free Municipal Transportation (minibus) at regular intervals.

Absence of noise

For us, the issue of noise is a very important condition for our hospitality services.

For this reason, even though our accommodation is located in a small pedestrian street, with little chance of noise, we have additionally shielded it with both soundproof windows and sound insulation on the walls.

There are steps

The place is on the first floor. To access the apartment you will need to use the comfortable, wide, lighted staircase of 23 steps (absence of elevator).

We’re sorry but…

• You cannot have parties or different events inside the apartment.
• The apartment is not safe for children under 12 years old.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
• Your small four-legged friends cannot be accommodated in the polis suite.
